AFTER I CLICK TO ORDER A SECOND ITEM, SOMETIMES ONLY THE FIRST ITEM IS LISTED. WHAT CAN I DO? The shopping cart system uses "cookies" to keep track of order information. By default, most Web browsers allow "cookies" to be set by any Web site. Make sure that "cookies" are allowed from huntcal.com, the site used to manage orders.

If you’re using Internet Explorer:
- Select "Internet Options" from the "Tools" menu.
- From the "Privacy" tab, click the "Sites..." button. Enter "huntcal.com" in the "Address of Web site" field and click "Allow".
- Click OK to save the change.

If you’re using Firefox or Mozilla:
- Select "Options" from the "Tools" menu.
- Select the "Privacy" button.
- In the "Cookies" section, check "Allow cookies from sites". OR click the "Exceptions" button, enter "huntcal.com" in the "Address of Web site" field, click "Allow", and click OK.


This setting change may also be useful:
If you’re using a PC:
- From your web browser’s "Tools" menu, select the "General" tab.
- From the "Temporary Files" or "Browsing History" section of the page, select the "Settings..." button.
- Select the "Every time I visit the webpage" option and click OK.

If you’re using a Mac, the option will vary depending on your web browser. Find your web browser’s "Cache" setting and select "Every time I view the page" option, and click OK.

WHEN I ORDER A NEW ITEM THE PREVIOUS ONE DISAPPEARS? If you are using the newest version of the internet explorer -
Try these steps:

Select "Internet Options" from the "Tools" menu.

From the "Privacy" tab, move the slider down from High to
Medium or Low. Click OK.

WHAT IS A MILLIMETER AND WHY DO I CARE? We just didn’t get in to this millimeter thing did we? However, the bead manufacturers did and we do need to care if we are ordering online. Please be sure you look at the measurements we have provided in every description. These could be BIG pictures of SMALL beads and findings. A quick tutorial:

1mm = 1/32 inch
5mm = 3/16/ inch
10mm = a little over 3/8 inch
25mm = 1 inch

This may make it easier to remember:

A dime is 17mm
Penny 19mm
Nickel 21mm
Quarter 24mm

WHY IS THE ITEM I RECEIVED A LITTLE DIFFERENT COLOR THAN I SAW IN THE PICTURE? We have done our best to make the pictures as close to the real thing as possible. One lot of the same vintage bead may have small differences in color and possibly their shape. One hundred of the same vintage finding may have 99 small variations in color. They’re old and do get a different patina. We like that part. However, if you are ever unhappy with products you receive from us we will gladly give you a refund – less shipping costs. We want to make your shopping experience a pleasant one.

TAX EXEMPT ORDERING Orders shipped to a Florida address will be charged 6.5% sales tax. If you have a Florida State Resale Certificate on file with us your purchases will be tax exempt. You can fax a copy of your certificate to 1.386.673.2480. Please be sure that the certificate is current.

DO YOU HAVE GIFT CERTIFICATES? Yes, in any denomination.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as payment. We do not accept any other form of payment including PayPal or check by mail.

SHIPPING COSTS ALL ORDERS OVER $100.00 QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING (Within Continental U.S.)

Shipping will be charged on actual weight of your order. We do not have a “handling charge”. Please specify the shipping method you prefer. Remember, items shipped to a P.O. Box can be shipped USPS only. We do ship internationally. Please email us with your address and postal code and we will let you know the cost of your package.



HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? We try to process orders daily except for holidays and weekends. Standard shipping, which includes USPS First Class, USPS Parcel Post or UPS Ground, will take from 3-14 business days. This would depend on the distance from Ormond Beach, FL to you.

CAN I BACKORDER AN ITEM? We’ll try. Standard items carried in both stores can usually be backordered. Vintage is sold on a “when it’s gone, it’s gone” basis. When a description says “LIMITED STOCK” we really mean it. There may be more somewhere but we don’t have it

DO YOU HAVE A CATALOG? No. Two retail stores and a web site stretch the limits of our endurance.

DO YOU HAVE CLASSES? Ormond Beach and Poulsbo both have weekly classes. Please check this site for class schedules.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? If you don’t like it for any reason, send it back for a full refund minus shipping charges. Please send your returns within 10 days of the date you received your package and send items back in the same condition they were received. We want you to love what you bought!

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER POLICY? It seems that the cost of rolling the wheels on those delivery trucks has made shipping charges escalate faster than we could imagine. IMAGINE THAT! We certainly don’t want to ask people to spend more than they care to but feel that a $25.00 minimum is within reason. We do know that there are exceptions to every rule and we will make them if necessary.
